FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR ROAD FREIGHT LOGISTICS & TRANSPORT

SALARY ON OFFER:R15K CTC PER MONTH
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Salary on Offer:R15 000.00 per month CTC
- CLEAR C & C history CRIM CHECK REPORT submitted with application ESSENTIAL
- Matric
- Financial / Accounting Tertiary Qualification ESSENTIAL
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role ESSENTIAL
- Financial support to Finance Manager & finance team ESSENTIAL
- Proficient on Pastel Xpress ESSENTIAL
- Must have excellent communication skills in English & Afrikaans ESSENTIAL
- Highly experienced in Financial Administration and processing ESSENTIAL
- Strong understanding of accounting principles & reconciliations high attention to detail excellent organisational and communications skills trustworthy & hard working reliable
- Computer proficiency: MS Outlook & Pastel Xpress ESSENTIAL
- Duties include:Process daily bank transactions bank reconciliations post journal entries allocation of payments reconcile account maintain & update GL prepare monthly management accounts support audit & compliance requirements accurate record-keeping and filing of financial documentation
- Own reliable vehicle & valid Drivers Licence (no endorsements)
- Have solid work history & contactable references
