Details: 37.5hrs bi-weekly
The expected hiring range for this is $29.58 to $31.64 per hour. This role falls within a broader internal salary band with growth opportunities based on demonstrated performance.

To be successful as our New Director of Quality & Innovation you will:
- Have post-secondary education in a health-related or quality improvement field
- Understand relevant policies procedures legislation and regulations applicable to the long-term care sector including the Fixing Long-Term Care Act 2021 and Health & Safety Act of Ontario
- Demonstrate an ability to ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in your work including data entry analysis of data and documentation
- Have exceptional computer efficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Work in a Cross-Functional team environment
- Demonstrate an ability to provide a positive customer experience and trust for our residents families team members volunteers and students
As a New Director of Quality & Innovation it would be an asset if you:
- Informatics and quality assurance experience
- Experience working in a Long-Term Care setting
- Current Heart Save Level of CPR
