Assist with administrative tasks.
Record and organize ideas and notes.
Book and manage personal appointments.
Arrange and accompany the client on travel when required.
Support daily organization and keep things running smoothly.

Prior experience as a Personal & Administrative Assistant.
Organized detail-oriented and adaptable.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Tech-savvy and familiar with scheduling tools.
Must have reliable transportation to Airdrie and be open to occasional travel.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and comfort with scheduling tools and online platforms.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Flexibility and willingness to travel as required.
Valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle (as the role requires travel between home and/appointments).
