Role Summary

The Solution Sales Advisor (SSA) for Customer Services & Delivery is a senior sales leadership role responsible for driving cloudsubscription-based servicesrevenue across Southeast Asia. The SSA will act as the regional expert for SAP Success Plans Cloud Application Services (CAS) and Custom Innovation Services (CIS) shaping the go-to-market (GTM) strategy enabling the field and directly supporting strategic opportunities to achieve and exceed subscription services quota.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and achieve the SEA cloud subscription-based services quota for Customer Services & Delivery with a focus on Success Plans CAS and CIS.
  • Define localize and continuously refine the GTM strategy for Success Plans CAS and CIS across Southeast Asia aligned with regional and global priorities.
  • Act as the senior subject-matter expert for subscription services in customer-facing engagements including discovery value articulation proposal shaping and commercial structuring.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives Cloud License Sales and Customer Success teams to embed subscription services into account plans territory plans and key pursuits.
  • Lead and orchestrate complex multi-country subscription services deals ensuring effective qualification solution design pricing risk management and closure.
  • Build and deliver enablement for sales and presales teams on Success Plans CAS and CIS value propositions use cases packaging and commercial models.
  • Drive pipeline generation for subscription services through targeted campaigns partner collaboration and strategic initiatives with marketing and ecosystem partners.
  • Provide structured feedback to portfolio product and delivery teams on market needs competitive positioning and offer evolution for Success Plans CAS and CIS.
  • Track report and forecast subscription services pipeline and bookings ensuring visibility of performance by country segment and offering.
  • Represent Customer Services & Delivery in executive discussions with strategic customers partners and internal leadership across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology Engineering or related field; MBA or equivalent business qualification is an advantage.
  • 10 years of experience in enterprise software cloud or services sales with at least 5 years focused on subscription-based or recurring revenue models.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a regional or multi-country role ideally within Southeast Asia.
  • Deep understanding of cloud subscription-based services including success plans / customer success offerings application management services and infrastructure / technical services.
  • Demonstrated experience building and executing GTM strategies including segmentation value proposition development and sales enablement.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders and translate technical services into business value.
  • Experience collaborating in a matrixed environment with sales presales delivery product and partner organizations.
  • Fluency in English is required; Thai language skills are a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia as needed.

Success Measures

  • Achievement of annual cloud subscription-based services quota for Success Plans CAS and CIS across Southeast Asia.
  • Growth in pipeline coverage and win rates for subscription services deals in key markets.
  • Increased attach rate of Success Plans CAS and CIS to cloud license opportunities and installed base build value proposition for customers
  • Positive feedback from sales customers and partners on SSA support expertise and GTM leadership.
