How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

Warehouse Manager will manage the receiving handling storing picking and packing activities of the warehouse ensuring that quality standards are met or exceeded. The warehouse manager must achieve inventory accuracy coordinate in-out operations. The person should be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple facets of warehouse operations simultaneously.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

Supervise daily warehouse activities including inventory control space management logistics floor space productivity shipping and receiving

Schedule and oversee warehouse team and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime

Meet regularly with the warehouse team to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention.

Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements equipment utilization inventory gate processes and shipping methods

Work cross functionally with purchasing planning and production to address any silos and process gaps.

Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees

5-8 direct reports

The annual base salary range for this position in California is $90000 - $110000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Air Liquide considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position candidates work experience education/ training key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

EDUCATION

Bachelors Degree (Engineering related Preferred) or equivalent experience. High school diploma or GED required.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

5-7 years experience

Good communication skills

Physical fitness and strength to lift and operate heavy electrical machinery

Excellent hand-eye coordination

Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity.

Excellent computer skills such as emailing record keeping ordering inventory management and form filing. G Suite ( Google Workspace )

Willingness to work in flexible shifts as needed

Good understanding of all E&C Global Solutions SAP R/3 processes related to Material Handling Production/Manufacturing and Material Master data.

Excellent working knowledge of E&C Global Solutions SAP R/3 Inventory control system.

Ability to support the implementation and day to day running of the E&C Global Solutions SAP R/3 Warehouse Module.

Act as Key user for all Warehouse related transactions in E&C Global Solutions SAP R/3 including the ability to train warehouse employees in Job related SAP transactions and Processes.

Ensure that warehouse processes are aligned between the physical warehouse and SAP E&C Global Solutions R/3 warehouse.
