The Assistant Manager (Compliance Safety & Data Governance) supports the Colleges governance framework in line with NTUs Safety & Health Management System (SHMS) Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and Data Governance Policy (DGP). The role ensures effective coordination of compliance activities documentation and audits across college units contributing to a culture of safety accountability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Governance & Compliance: Coordinate safety health and data governance initiatives maintain compliance documentation and manage audits.

• Safety & Health: Implement NTU SHMS coordinate safety committees track training and manage inspections.

• Data Governance & PDPA: Oversee data classification access retention and disposal; support audits and policy adherence.

• Documentation & Audit Readiness: Maintain audit-ready compliance records track corrective actions and support management reporting.

• Strategic & Administrative Support: Assist senior management and committees; prepare reports coordinate initiatives and support college events including convocation ceremonies.

• Stakeholder Engagement & Awareness: Coordinate communications workshops and compliance campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in business management or related field.

• 35 years in executive support compliance or project management; higher education experience preferred.

• Understanding of compliance frameworks WSH PDPA and data governance.

• Strong administrative documentation and audit coordination skills.

• Meticulous proactive ethical and able to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to prepare reports and briefings.

• Familiarity with OHS regulations DGP/PDPA compliance risk management and audit standards.

• Experience in maintaining compliance records and ensuring audit readiness and coordinating large-scale events such as convocation ceremonies.
