Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize tasks and backlog items
- Coach and support the development team on Agile principles and practices
- Remove impediments and ensure the team is on track to deliver high-quality software
- Track and report team progress using Agile tools and metrics
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Scrum Master in a remote work environment
- Certification in Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a virtual setting
Desired Experience:
- 2 years of experience working as a Scrum Master
- Experience working with distributed teams and managing remote stakeholders
- Experience with Jira or other Agile project management tools
- Experience in the restoration or construction industry is a plus
