Master Machinist CNC Turning (Setup & Programming)
Pay: Up to $40.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time 1st & 2nd Shift Openings

Were hiring a true Master Machinist in CNC Turning who can take full ownership from print process production. This is a high-impact high-autonomy role for someone who doesnt wait for answersyou create them.
This is not a button-pushing position. Its for someone who thrives on technical depth precision and solving real machining challenges.
What Youll Own
Full lifecycle of new part introductionfrom blueprint analysis to proven production
Interpret complex prints (GD&T / PMI) and determine optimal machining strategy
Program at the machine (Mazatrol & G-code) set up prove out and optimize
Modify tooling bore jaws and develop workholding solutions
Validate first-piece adjust programs in real time and establish repeatable standards
Troubleshoot machine tooling and process issues independently
Support multiple machines and teammates without sacrificing quality or output
Equipment & Technology
Work in a technically advanced environment featuring:
Multi-axis CNC lathes twin spindle and Swiss-style machines
Lights-out automation with robotic pick-and-place systems
Equipment from leading builders including Mazak Okuma Nakamura Citizen and Mori
Controls & Programming
Primary: Mazatrol (majority of machines)
Secondary: Fanuc & Mitsubishi (G & M Code)
Strong Mazatrol expertise is critical for success

Experience
1015 years in precision machining (turning-focused preferred)
58 years of hands-on setup and programming
Extensive experience with Mazatrol and CNC turning platforms
