Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry & Management:
- Accurately input update and maintain customer information in company databases and CRM systems.
- Verify customer details to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Customer Records Processing:
- Process new customer accounts and update existing profiles.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date digital records.
- Order & Account Support:
- Assist in updating order information billing details and shipping records.
- Collaborate with customer service to resolve discrepancies.
- Quality Control:
- Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company data standards and procedures.
- Communication Support:
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding customer information updates.
- Respond to basic customer inquiries related to account information when needed.
- Confidentiality & Compliance:
- Handle sensitive customer data with a high level of confidentiality.
- Follow data protection policies and security protocols.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in data entry customer service or administrative support.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and/or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
