How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW


The VIEs mission is to be an active agent of change combining project coordination rigour with
hands-on process and technical implementation support for the NCE CSC transformation.
- Automation & Digital Project Support: Support the development testing deployment and adoption of
key digital transformation initiatives including AI-powered tools and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
projects ensuring successful integration into the new CSC processes.
- Process Excellence & Standardization: Actively work with country operational teams and Workgroup
Leads to map To-Be processes draft essential operational documentation (e.g. Standard Operating
Procedures - SOPs User Guides) and organize/conduct training sessions.
- Workshop Facilitation & Change Management: Prepare and conduct cross-functional workshops with
operational teams to secure process harmonization gather requirements and drive change adoption.
- KPI Development & Performance Monitoring: Design and implement robust follow-up indicators for
both the project phase and the run phase.
- Project Governance & Planning: Maintain the central NCE CSC Implementation Plan focusing on
managing interdependencies and tracking high-impact milestones.
- Reporting & Transparency: Develop and circulate high-quality weekly/monthly project dashboards and
KPI reports for the NCE Cluster Leadership and Steering Committee.


Are you a MATCH


Masters degree in Business Administration Project Management
Engineering or Finance. A specialization in Business Process
Management or Digital Transformation is a plus.
Hard skils:
: Mastery of Google Slides/PowerPoint for high-impact
communication Data Analytics (Excel Google Sheets)
: Process Mapping/Modeling (Visio Lucidchart...)
Familiarity with Customer Service processes (CSC) Working
experience with project management tools (Smartsheets ...) Data
Visualization Tool (e.g. Power BI) Basic understanding of AI and
RPA
Soft skill:
must have: Structured Communication: Excellent ability to
synthesize information and communicate clearly and concisely to
diverse stakeholders Meticulous Organization Workshop
Facilitation & Leadership: The confidence to lead effective group
sessions.
: Experience in a complex multi-country or highly
matrixed organization Assertiveness with Diplomacy: The
confidence to enforce project standards and deadlines while
maintaining strong relationships Proactive Problem-Solving: An
anticipatory mindset to identify potential risks and dependencies
early.

The North Central Europe (NCE) Cluster is undergoing a major strategic transformation focusing on
maximizing efficiency and delivering a seamless customer experience through the reorganization of our
Customer Service Centers (CSC).
The VIE will join the central Project Management Office (PMO) team which serves as the single source
of truth for this complex multi-country high-impact project. The mission will be carried out under the
direct supervision of the Project PMO.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy and execution with daily
interaction and exposure to NCE Cluster Leadership Country Management teams (from UK Nordics
Germany etc.) and functional excellence leads (Process IT HR).
