What Youll Do as Marketing Director at EQ3
- Set and lead marketing strategy aligned with EQ3s brand and business goals
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans campaigns product launches and events
- Lead paid media and performance marketing balancing brand building with growth outcomes
- Oversee content strategy creative direction and brand standards across all channels
- Provide strategic direction for ecommerce email and digital customer experience
- Guide social media creator partnerships and community engagement
- Ensure consistency across online in-store and experiential marketing
- Manage marketing budgets agencies and external partners
- Lead coach and develop a high-performing marketing team
What you bring
- 8 years of experience in marketing brand or content-led roles
- Proven experience leading and developing teams
- Strong strategic thinking paired with a hands-on mindset
- Deep understanding of content ecommerce email social paid media and retail marketing
- Excellent communication judgment and collaboration skills
- Comfort working in a creative fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
Assets (nice to have): Photography or design skills; French language proficiency.
