The person responsible for loyalty marketing has the unique opportunity to contribute to the development and launch of a new Transat loyalty program within a highly skilled and dynamic team. The persons mission is to develop effective strategies and marketing plans to maximize the programs visibility member acquisition and member engagement throughout their lifecycle with Transat brands and partner brands. Always attentive to the voice of the member the person works closely with internal teams to optimize communications and member value proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
Product and market strategy
- Performs and communicates the results of loyalty market monitoring for the Canadian market.
- Defines member targets based on customer segments and establishes acquisition engagement and retention strategies for each identified segment.
- Identifies unmet needs of targeted customer segments to enable the loyalty team to refine the member value proposition including required partnership types.
- Develops a content strategy to drive ongoing engagement of members with Transat its loyalty program and partner offerings.
Launch and commercialization
- In collaboration with the brand management team establishes the vocabulary tone and key elements for presenting the programs value proposition across direct and indirect channels.
- Orchestrates the program launch plan with internal and external stakeholders including training material collateral etc.
- Develops and updates supporting content for partnership management teams as well as program content intended for members (e.g. program terms description of the value proposition).
- Implements targeted multichannel communications to increase program awareness generate new engaged members and drive the acquisition and use of the programs cobranded credit cards.
Collaboration and coordination
- Coordinates with partner marketing teams to support campaigns in Transat channels and partner channels in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Coordinates program campaigns and commercialization with internal teams to operationalize the marketing plan (e.g. paid owned email content activations app etc.).
- Ensures internal cohesion of marketing activities targeting the member base and potential members in order to maximize engagement and communication relevance.
Monitoring and evaluation
- Measures marketing activity performance shares results and recommends marketingmix adjustments to the loyalty team.
- Analyzes member experience through surveys or analytical data and recommends adjustments to the value proposition.
- Exchanges and integrates best practices resulting from collaborations with partner marketing teams.
Qualifications :
- University degree in marketing communications administration business intelligence or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing strategy or marketing management with a B2C clientele.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to formulate strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel Power BI SQL etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and crossfunctional collaboration abilities.
- Strong sense of innovation creativity and customer orientation.
- Excellent command of spoken and written French *
A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate frequently in English both orally and in writing with colleagues clients and other stakeholders in Quebec and internationally.
