As a Junior Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer youll be supporting the delivery implementation and support of the Dynamics NAV and Business Central ERP system at a technical level. This will help us excel and allow users of the systems faster and more accurate results as close to real time as possible to stay ahead of the game.

What youll be doing

As part of your role your responsibilities will include:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of Dynamics Business Central solutions under the guidance of senior team members.
• Support integration efforts by helping connect ERP systems with other business platforms and third-party applications.
• Participate in system monitoring and performance checks escalating issues as needed.
• Provide first-line technical support to end users resolving basic queries and escalating complex issues.
• Contribute to software upgrades testing and implementation of new functionality.
• Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation including user guides and process flows.
• Learn and apply best practices in ERP development configuration and data management.
• Collaborate with team members on projects and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.

Essential skills youll bring to the table

• The necessary skills that we require for this role include:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
• Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams with a focus on achieving shared goals
• Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously with a track record of delivering on time and within scope
• Exceptional attention to detail ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations
• Minimum of 1 year experience with Dynamics Business Central
• Relevant diploma or degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field (or currently studying).
• Basic understanding of ERP systems and SQL databases.
• Strong willingness to learn new technologies and develop technical skills.
• Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Desirable skills youve got up your sleeve

It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:

• In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets including odds calculation betting types and market trends
• Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
• Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions ensuring adherence to legal standards
• Experience with Azure development
• Exposure to Dynamics Business Central through coursework internships or previous experience.
• Familiarity with MS SQL Server C# or Visual Studio.
• Understanding of API integrations and basic programming concepts.
• Knowledge of financial or accounting principles.
