Job Summary

We are expanding our Data & Analytics capability and looking for aspiring Junior Data Engineers who are passionate about building maintaining and optimising data pipelines that empower decisionmaking across the bank.
What Youll Do
- Support and maintain enterprisegrade data pipelines
- Perform daytoday data operations including profiling cleaning validation configuration and QA
- Assist with ingestion provisioning streaming and APIbased data solutions
- Support secure reliable data infrastructure
- Create virtual databases and support business data extracts
- Collaborate with analysts on documentation profiling and validation
- Monitor the Data Warehouse to meet SLAs
- Manage cloud compute and storage processes
- Run daily operational reports and batch jobs
- Partner with business stakeholders to improve data queries

What Were Looking For
- ETL & Pipelines (Ab Initio SAS ETL)
SQL Databases (PostgreSQL MS SQL IBM DB2)
Cloud Data Engineering (Azure AWS Google)
Data Warehousing
- 12 years of Data Engineering or related experience
- Strong analytical and problemsolving mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in fastpaced environments
- Collaborative calm and proactive
- Matric Advanced Diploma or National First Degree
