Service Advisor Aftersales Advisor
Location: Oldham
Salary: 28500 - 35000 OTE
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm and Saturdays on a rota.

This role offers the best of both worlds as you will be split between our busy Oldham and Stockport dealerships. If you have a knack for building relationships and a drive to provide outstanding service across two successful sites we want to hear from you!

As a Service Advisor youll be the face of our service department ensuring every customer has a smooth and excellent journey. Your responsibilities will include:
Maximising Service Sales: Use your exceptional communication skills to confidently upsell additional products services and repair work.
Customer Support: Deliver product knowledge and support to our valued customers ensuring their needs are met with a high degree of care.
System Management: Ensure all systems and documentation are completed with high accuracy maintaining a well-organised workflow.

Automotive Experience: Knowledge and experience within the automotive industry is essential.
Customer-Facing Skills: Proven experience in a busy customer-facing role.
IT Literate: The ability to use various company systems with confidence.

Organisational Skills: The ability to manage your workload efficiently and with excellent attention to detail.
