Job Summary
A respected independent co-educational school in Lincolnshire is seeking to appoint an inspiring and academically strong Teacher of English to join its well-established English department. The Role
You will teach English Language and Literature across KS3KS5 delivering a broad and ambitious curriculum that encourages critical thinking creativity and confident expression.
At Key Stage 3 teaching focuses on building strong reading habits analytical skills and written fluency through a carefully chosen range of classic and contemporary texts. Lessons place a strong emphasis on discussion interpretation and structured writing.
At GCSE and A-Level pupils benefit from small class sizes and close academic support. Teaching focuses on depth of understanding independent analysis and the development of an academic voice with students regularly progressing to competitive university destinations.
