We are seeking a motivated enthusiastic and experienced Year 3 Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive primary school in Isleworth starting as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about Key Stage 2 and enjoys delivering engaging lessons that challenge and inspire pupils academically socially and emotionally.

The Role
As a Year 3 Teacher you will plan deliver and assess lessons across the Lower Key Stage 2 curriculum. You will support pupils learning in literacy numeracy and foundation subjects while fostering independence resilience and positive learning behaviours. Working closely with teaching assistants colleagues and parents you will ensure all pupils receive consistent personalised support.
Monitoring pupil progress providing targeted interventions and maintaining a positive classroom environment will be central to your role. Your contribution will help pupils consolidate core skills and develop confidence as they progress through Key Stage 2.
Key Responsibilities
Plan deliver and assess high-quality lessons across the Year 3 curriculum
Deliver engaging literacy numeracy and foundation subject lessons
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils including SEND and EAL
Promote independence resilience and positive learning behaviours
Maintain a structured inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
Track pupil progress and maintain accurate assessment records
Provide targeted interventions to support pupil attainment
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants colleagues and senior leaders
Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil progress
Contribute to staff meetings CPD sessions and whole-school initiatives
Support enrichment activities school events and extra-curricular opportunities
Ensure safeguarding and child protection procedures are followed at all times
Who Were Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have experience teaching Key Stage 2 ideally Year 3
Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisational skills
Be reflective proactive and adaptable
Show a strong commitment to inclusion safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
Work effectively as part of a professional and supportive team
