Job Summary

Domestic Considerations: There is a requirement to work in Warminster visit Garrisons & Units PJOBs Defence Schools and Involuntary Separation (INVOLSEP) to support Operations Exercises and Overseas Trg Locs such as Germany and Kenya. Position Role: JAMES SME spreading JAMES best practice through engagement advice and troubleshooting from a position of experience and professional competence. Responsibilities:
1. Coach and mentor JAMES Users.
2. Implement JAMES Deployed to support operations and collective training.
3. Advise and assist in the resolution of JAMES issues.
4. Present to key NCO courses and Unit staffs.
5. Provide structured training to users to complement the JAMES Learning Management System.
6. Recommend changes to JAMES Deployed and JAMES SOPs where appropriate.
7. Deputise for JET WO as directed.
