We are looking for a Property Management Accountant to support our Occupier Services clients by delivering accurate and timely financial reporting in line with company best practices and client requirements.
This role will involve managing a client portfolio working closely with clients landlords tenants and internal teams while continuously improving accounting processes and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the property management system (Tramps)
- Prepare and deliver regular financial reports to clients on time
- Reconcile accounts including rent and service charge balances
- Raise and manage lease charges and tenant invoices
- Process payments to landlords and transfer rent receipts to clients
- Monitor arrears and support credit control activities
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Produce funding requests and financial analysis using Excel
- Respond to queries from clients landlords and tenants
- Collaborate with internal teams including Estates Cashiering and Credit Control
- Attend client meetings (online and in person)
- Carry out general administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications :
Key Skills
- Experience with property management accounting software (Tramps preferred)
- Good Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUPs Pivot Tables)
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Professional proactive and detail-oriented approach
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Qualifications and Experience
- Ideally educated to degree level or relevant experience.
