Job Summary
Our client is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Design & Technology Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Weymouth. This is an excellent opportunity for a DT Teacher who enjoys practical teaching and working within a supportive and well-organised department.
The Role
Teaching Design & Technology across KS3 and KS4
Planning and delivering engaging practical and theory-based lessons
Promoting safe working practices within workshops and classrooms
Supporting students with coursework and project work
Contributing positively to the wider life of the department
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A degree in Design & Technology or a related subject
Experience teaching DT at KS3 and KS4
Strong practical skills and knowledge of health & safety
Good classroom management and organisational skills
A positive and collaborative approach
