Job Summary

The successful candidate will join an excellent Real Estate Finance team advising on a broad range of borrower and lender-side transactions across development and investment matters.

The solicitor will be involved across the full transaction lifecycle including drafting and negotiating facility and security documents and supervising junior team members.

Requirements

4 years PQE;
Real estate finance law experience ;
Strong team player;
Commercial awareness;
Willingness to engage in business development;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Technically excellent.

Required Skills:
