The Opportunity:
Were looking to fill an opening for an Enterprise Agile Coach to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) team.
Reporting to the Vice President EPMO the Enterprise Agile Coach is responsible for being a change agent leading the delivery organization through an Agile transformation at scale by training coaching facilitating and mentoring and driving efficient delivery through the use and adoption of Customer-Centric Agile practices at Aviso.
The Enterprise Agile Coach will partner with TSP and Client Experience teams and be responsible for helping to establish an Agile mindset and culture at Aviso. They will work with key team members within the delivery teams (e.g. Product Managers/Owners Service Designers Product Designers Technology Lead Scrum Masters etc.) to help support the day-to-day agile delivery adoption mindset and approach. Key outcomes for this role include helping to drive more consistent effective efficient delivery using Agile methodology effective partnering across the organization and identification of opportunities for the firm to consider as it continues to evolve its Agile journey.
The position is responsible for the practices & governance that are required to plan manage and execute the enterprise project portfolio.

What your day looks like:
- Provide coaching training mentoring impediment management and leadership to facilitate collaboration development consistency and value delivery across the enterprise portfolio of programs teams and departments resulting in demonstrable results
- Foster a culture of innovation collaboration and team empowerment aligned
- Contribute to safe environment for healthy conflict and meaningful collaboration and provide the team with a platform for continuous improvements and raising blockers early
- Provide educational support to the organization on Customer-Centric Agile principles practices and any Agile techniques to enable delivery predictability and innovation.
- Proactively analyze and make recommendations for improvements to Enterprise Delivery patterns
- Establish and monitor metrics to measure the effectiveness of the coaching and training in the journey of agile adoption of the delivery teams
- Implement and monitor metrics to gauge enterprise and program efficiency and effectiveness. Drive the learning and improvement cycle to identify and resolve causes of delay and propose recommendations towards a sustainable operating model
- Help the organization develop and incorporate agile practices into existing dashboards metrics and reporting to manage portfolio level risks track KPIs and outcomes and meet the reporting needs of key stakeholders
RequirementsYour experience and skills:
- Degree in Business Computer Science Engineering technical diploma or equivalent work experience
- 10 years of Agile Coach experience at the enterprise level and/or leading large cross-functional/cross-regional teams on major organizational programs leveraging Agile approaches
- 15 years of major program management experience in Agile or hybrid environments
- Solid knowledge of Lean & Agile practices UX/UI and Application Design & Integration
- Familiarity with the Product Operating Model developed by the Silicon Valley Product Group would be an asset
- Strong understanding of product strategy roadmap development backlog management and release planning for achieving significant outcomes
- Experience as an agile practitioner in an agile transformation environment with programs and teams that are new to agile methodology
- Proven experience acting as Agile Coach in dynamic environments
- Deep knowledge of Customer-centric Agile principles and practices and the flexibility to adapt your experience to new and evolving environments
- Ability to manage governance deliverables risks dependencies and financial reporting.
- Strong organizational change management orientation
- Fluent communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French are an asset

Salary
