This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment is deeply curious about how teams work and is motivated to build healthy empowered and delivery focused agile teams. You are passionate about continuous learning value meaningful outcomes over process theatre and believe that great teams are built through trust clarity and shared ownership.
Although the title is Junior Agile Team Lead you see yourself first and foremost as a servant leader coach and facilitator not a commander. You lead through influence empathy and systems thinking.

How you will make an impact:
As a Junior Agile Team Lead you will play a hands-on role in strengthening team effectiveness improving delivery flow and supporting the broader agile transformation.
Coaching and Mentoring:
Coach and mentor individuals and teams on agile principles values and practices adapting approaches to real-world constraints;
Support teams in developing toward empowered self-organizing ways of working grounded in a strong agile mindset;
Model curiosity humility and continuous improvement in day-to-day interactions.
Facilitation & Collaboration:
Facilitate core agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups sprint planning reviews and retrospectives;
Create psychologically safe environments that encourage open dialogue constructive feedback and shared decision-making;
Strengthen collaboration across product engineering design and quality disciplines.
Process & Flow Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve team processes flow and delivery predictability;
Partner with teams to apply and adapt agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban based on team context and needs;
Encourage experimentation and learning to continuously improve outcomes not just adherence to process.
Team Empowerment:
Foster a culture of autonomy accountability and cross-functional ownership;
Help teams surface and remove impediments that impact delivery quality or team health;
Support teams in balancing delivery sustainability and continuous improvement.
Agile Metrics & Insights:
Identify define and track meaningful agile metrics (e.g. predictability cycle time) to support learning and transparency;
Use data as a conversation starter not a performance weapon to enable better decision making.
Change Management & Continuous Improvement:
Act as a change agent by promoting agile values and healthy team practices within your team and beyond;
Collaborate with leadership and partners to align expectations and support the agile journey;
Continuously reflect on and refine your coaching approach to improve team effectiveness.
Confidence Humility and Innovation:
Use observation and listening skills to understand team dynamics and influence positive change;
Demonstrate creativity in problem-solving and a willingness to challenge the status quo;
Remove obstacles with pragmatism empathy and systems awareness.
What you bring to our team:
A Bachelors degree or diploma in a relevant field (or equivalent practical experience);
3 years of experience working in an agile environment as an Agile Practitioner Scrum Master or similar role;
Hands-on experience with Scrum and Kanban and the ability to adapt frameworks to context;
Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Confluence is essential;
A solid understanding of agile principles with a strong commitment to continuous learning;
Agile certifications (e.g. CSM CSP or equivalent) are an asset;
Experience working with technical teams and/or a technical background is an asset;
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
