Le ou la spécialiste Données de base de la pharmacie dentreprise (Québec) est responsable du soutien à la tarification des ordonnances et la maintenance centralisée des données sur les médicaments pour les pharmacies du Québec tout en respectant les exigences réglementaires établies par la province.

Cette personne sera responsable de soutenir la maintenance des dossiers de médicaments de la configuration des tiers et des stratégies de prix. Elle relèvera du/de la gestionnaire Données de base de la pharmacie dentreprise.

Le titulaire de ce poste contribue à la rentabilité de lentreprise grâce à la maintenance de données précises sur les prix et au maintien dune bonne relation avec le personnel de la pharmacie et les intervenants internes de la région.

Tâches :

Sassurer que les données relatives aux médicaments sont entrées et mises à jour par les dates dentrée en vigueur de la liste de médicaments provinciale avec lapplication en temps opportun des nouveaux renseignements;

Exécuter la mise en œuvre des modifications de données et de la documentation de soutien y compris les journaux de suivi et les approbations des modifications de données;

Agir à titre de fournisseur en matière de contenu dentreprise pendant les phases danalyse de conception de développement et de mise à lessai de toute nouvelle amélioration des données centrales;

Être responsable des tests dacceptation par lutilisateur pour les systèmes centraux interprétant les éléments du système de données de la pharmacie notamment les informations sur les prix et les régimes dassurance de tiers payants;

Tenir à jour les données provinciales du Québec sur les médicaments dans la demande de la pharmacie centrale en tenant compte de lintégrité des données;

Soutien de niveau 2 y compris le dépannage et la réponse aux problèmes signalés par les pharmacies du Québec pour sassurer que tous les problèmes et préoccupations sont résolus en temps opportun;

Assurer la liaison avec les ressources externes pour obtenir trouver ou clarifier des informations relatives à la maintenance des données sur les produits (p. ex. apparence des médicaments etc.).

Compétences nécessaires :

Doit être bilingue et capable de communiquer entièrement en anglais et en français;

Capacité de se déplacer (au besoin);

Expérience avec les exigences de distribution de la RAMQ;

Compétences informatiques (particulièrement connaissances avec Excel) pour produire des rapports et des documents efficaces;

Connaissance de la gestion des bases de données et des pratiques de vente au détail pharmaceutiques au Québec;

Solides compétences organisationnelles et interpersonnelles capacité à entretenir de solides relations de travail avec les collègues internes et les partenaires externes;

Compétences en résolution de problèmes capacité à porter une attention particulière aux détails; Capacité à sassurer que le travail est fait correctement et en profondeur; tenir des dossiers exacts;

Bonne communication à loral et à lécrit;

Compréhension des processus de travail interdépendants afin de pouvoir sadapter à différentes tâches.

Lexpérience

Expérience en pharmacie (adjoint ou technicien) un atout;

1 à 2 ans dexpérience générale en administration et en gestion de bases de données.

Specialist Enterprise Pharmacy Master Data (Quebec) is responsible for supporting RX pricing and central drug maintenance for Quebec pharmacies while maintaining the regulatory requirements established by the province.

This individual will be responsible for supporting the maintenance of the drug records third party setup and pricing strategies reporting the Manager Enterprise Pharmacy Master Data.

This position contributes to the profitability of the company through the maintenance of accurate pricing data and maintaining a good relationship with the pharmacy staff and internal stakeholders in the region.

What Youll Do:

Ensure drug related data is entered and updated by the provincial formulary effective dates with timely application of new information

Execute the implementation of data changes and support documentation including tracking logs and sign offs on data changes

Act as business content provider during the analysis design development and testing phases of any new central data enhancements

Responsible for user acceptance testing of central systems interpreting the pharmacy data system elements pricing and third-party insurance plan information

Maintain Quebec provincial drug related data in the central pharmacy application with consideration for data integrity

Level 2 support including trouble shooting and responding to issues reported by the pharmacies in Quebec to ensure all issues and concerns are resolved in a timely manner

Liaise with external resources to obtain source or clarify information related to product data maintenance (ex: drug appearance etc.)

What Youll Need:

Must be Bilingual and able to fully communicate in both English and French

Ability to travel (as required)

Experience with RAMQ dispensing requirements

Computer skills (particularly excel knowledge) to produce effective reports and documents.

Knowledge of database management and pharmaceutical retail practice in and procedures in Quebec

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills ability to maintain strong working relationships with internal colleagues and external partners

Problem Solving Skills - ability to pay close attention to details. Make sure work is done correctly and thoroughly while keeping accurate records.

Communicates well in verbal and written

Requires an understanding of inter-related work processes to be able to adapt to differing assignments

Experience

Experience in Pharmacy (Assistant or Tech) would be preferred

1-2 years of general office/administrative; database experience
