What Youll Be Doing:

Supporting young people with daily routines personal care and activities
Building positive relationships based on trust and respect
Creating safe structured therapeutic environments
Responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs
Collaborating on individualised care plans

What Youll Bring:

Completed or currently studying a Diploma of Community Services or relevant qualification
Full Australian Drivers License First Aid and CPR Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check
Empathy resilience and a solutions-focused mindset
Availability across a range of shifts including weekends and overnights
