Working as Team Lead MTDR Services:

The Team Lead MTDR Services is responsible for overseeing the design deployment and operational management of MTDR solutions within Orange Cyberdefense Belgium. This role involves leading a team of security analysts and engineers to deliver high-quality threat detection incident response and continuous improvement of our MTDR offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead manage and develop a team of Security Analysts and Engineers specialized in MTDR services.

• Oversee the delivery of threat detection incident response and threat hunting activities to ensure high-quality service for clients.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives including automation AI integration and process optimization within MTDR operations.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key technology vendors and partners (e.g. SIEM SOAR EDR providers).

• Manage operational KPIs reporting and ensure compliance with internal standards and regulations.

What we expect from you:

• Master level of education or equivalent with at least 8 years of relevant work experience.

• Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch or French is a plus.

• Deep understanding of threat detection tools and techniques including SIEM SOAR EDR and threat intelligence platforms.

• Experience with automation AI and innovative security technologies.

• Proven experience in cybersecurity operations particularly in detection and response activities.

• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performance teams.

• Excellent communication skills capable of explaining complex security concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strategic mindset with a focus on service quality operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
