Job Summary

What youll do:

As a Relationship Manager youll be at the forefront of driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. Youll develop and deliver compelling presentations that showcase the power of Cartracks innovative solutions to potential clients. With a focus on exceeding sales targets and building lasting customer relationships youll leverage your strong communication and interpersonal skills to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction. This role demands a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for success in a fast-paced environment

Duties:

Duties:

Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities and deliver presentations demonstrating Cartracks products and solution.

Achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on generating new business. You will need to understand customer challenges and offer a solution accordingly.

Cultivate a pipeline for new customers by cold calling networking and using various Social Media platforms.

Monthly sales forecast preparation and submission.

Meticulously use our CRM to report all your activity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of proven sales experience preferably in a B2B environment with a strong focus on building and nurturing client relationships.

  • A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

  • Exceptional communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities enabling you to identify opportunities address client needs and propose tailored solutions.

  • Highly motivated results-oriented and a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

  • Willingness to travel within Cebu City and nearby areas to meet clients attend meetings and drive business development.
