We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to assess refine and optimize our current sales process. This role is ideal for someone who specializes in sales strategy conversion optimization and building scalable systems rather than just execution.
You will work closely with our team to identify gaps improve messaging and implement structured sales frameworks that drive consistent results.
Review and audit our existing sales process including:
Pitch and positioning
Outreach channels (cold calling messaging etc.)
Lead qualification methods
Refine and optimize:
Service offerings and packaging
Pricing strategy
Contracts and proposals
Improve funnel performance by:
Increasing conversion rates
Strengthening closing strategies
Identifying drop-off points
Provide coaching and guidance on:
Sales messaging and scripts
Follow-up strategies
Objection handling
Design and implement:
Repeatable and scalable sales systems
Structured workflows and playbooks
Proven experience as a Sales Consultant Sales Strategist or similar role
Strong background in B2B sales preferably in services or outsourcing/virtual staffing
Demonstrated success in improving conversion rates and sales performance
Experience in building scalable sales systems and frameworks
Excellent communication and coaching skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify gaps and recommend solutions
Experience working with remote teams or virtual assistant businesses
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms
Background in startups or fast-growing companies
