Located Napleton Volkswagen of Sanford the Used Car Buyer/Director is responsible for managing all areas of the Used Car Department for Napleton Volkswagen of Sanford and Volkswagen of Orlando including wholesale retail purchasing and marketing.

Job Responsibilities:
- Purchases used vehicles online: utilizing used car sites and forecasting the needs of used vehicle inventory at the dealership.
- Understands market trends and changes to trends in geographic market.
- Provides guidance and support to dealership Sales Associates as it relates to purchasing used vehicles.
- Appraises used vehicles.
- Maintains a prospective development system of current used vehicle prospects and schedules appointments to appraise and purchase used
- Ability to hire train and effectively lead all used car sales associates.
- Ability to handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high standards are held for delivery of vehicles to customers.
- Ensure that sales representatives always understand and follow dealership policies.
- Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with customers; subordinates and other management.
- Properly and efficiently manages reconditioning vehicles and post photos online
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven success as an Automotive Dealership Used Car Sales Manager/Buyer
- Experience with internet and retail tools V-Auto
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous high volume and producing high units per month preferred
- 18 years of age or older to comply with company driving policy
