At PwC our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.We are looking for a motivated Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with 12 years of experience including exposure to Dynamics 365 Field Service to support the design configuration and extension of CRM and field operations capabilities across the Microsoft ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to grow their technical skills while contributing to real-world solutions that improve customer engagement technician workflows scheduling asset management and service delivery.
You will work closely with senior developers business analysts and solution architects to build secure scalable and high-performing solutions within Dynamics 365 Power Platform and Azure.

As part of the Business Application Consulting team you are positioned to contribute to innovative solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. As an Associate you are expected to embrace a learning mindset take ownership of your development and actively engage with varied clients and team members turning challenges into opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Support the customization and deployment of CRM applications
- Engage in testing and validation of system features
- Document processes and maintain project records
- Participate in user training and support activities
- Analyze data to inform CRM strategies and improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends and CRM recommended practices
What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
