The internship gives an insight into the brand design activities of Design Hotels with a focus on brand strategy and design as well as content and event production.

• Assisting the Editorial team and Project Management: support in communication with involved creative teams making sure that deadlines are met within the project timelines
• Scheduling planning and documentation of internal and external meetings
• Preparation of presentations
• Support in managing Design Hotels Media Database: sorting and approval process of text and image content from member hotels; direct communication and problem-solving with hotels during that process
• Assisting with image selection and creation of first layout drafts for presentations and internal documents
• Supporting the team in visual research and working closely with Design to help bring concepts to life

• Team player with excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Strong analytical and administrative skills
• Proficiency in Keynote Canva and Adobe
• Excellent communication and administrative skills
• Useful if you are studying visual communication or graphic design
