Position Summary

The Technical Support Administrator Intern supports the Technical Service team by assisting in the resolution of customer requests related to new installations and escalated calls. Through this handson involvement and by following established procedures the intern will progressively learn how to engage the appropriate technical team members and manage the resolution process effectively.
Please note: this position is an internship offered on a 6month fixed-term contract.

Duties

  1. Support the preparation of reports useful for Technical Service activities
  2. Assist in managing daily/weekly/monthly field reports for all equipment
  3. Help maintain and update Technical Service systems and databases
  4. Support the verification of customer data accuracy and assist in responding to internal requests related to contracts and offers
  5. Contribute to maintaining high customer service standards especially in telephone communications
  6. Provide support to Technical Service Supervisors in technical analyses and operational prioritization
  7. Assist the team in prioritizing and dispatching work orders/tickets.

Education Degree

High School Diploma or GED

Competencies & soft skills

  • Willingness to learn and support different operational activities with the opportunity to become familiar with multiple tasks across the Technical Service workflow
  • Good oral and written communication skills supported by strong attention to detail and a structured organized approach to work
  • Good proficiency in English is preferred and will be developed further through daily interactions
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities with guidance in a dynamic technical environment.
