About the Project
ACCIONA delivers complex civil water Energy and rail projects across Australia. Our South Melbourne estimating team supports bids for major programs of work. The team works with engineers planners and commercial leaders to build competitive tenders. The work shapes how communities move and access essential services.
About the Opportunity
You lead first principles estimating coordinate inputs from engineers and subcontractors present clear cost breakdowns and support risk reviews. You report to the Originations Manager and guide junior estimators while shaping pricing strategies across road rail and water bids.
What are the key accountabilities for the position
- Build first principles estimates
- Coordinate subcontractor pricing
- Analyse scope and contract risk
- Present clear cost breakdowns
- Track tenders in systems
- Capture lessons learnt
Required Skills and Competencies
- Civil Engineering degree
- 10 years estimating experience
- Strong CANDY software skills
- White Card
- Current driver licence
