Job Summary
Iridium Electricians Traralgon VICIridium Electricians is a growing electrical services company based in Traralgon servicing residential real estate and commercial clients across specialise in electrical safety inspections compliance work preventative maintenance and residential electrical are looking for a licensed electrician to step into a key leadership role within the business. This position combines estimating customer communication and service operations is an ideal role for an experienced electrician who enjoys solving problems working with customers and being involved in the planning and coordination of work rather than being on the tools full the RoleYou will play a central role in the day-to-day operations of the business including quoting electrical work speaking with customers about their electrical needs scheduling technicians and supporting the team role will work closely with the business owner and electrical team to ensure jobs run smoothly from enquiry through to Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries and discuss electrical work requirements Attend site visits to assess and quote small to medium electrical jobs Prepare quotes using structured templates and pricing systems Schedule electricians and apprentices efficiently Manage daily job workflow and priorities Coordinate ordering of materials for approved jobs Provide technical support to electricians in the field Ensure jobs progress smoothly from booking through to completion and invoicing Assist in improving systems and processes as the business continues to growAbout YouYou are a qualified electrician who enjoys working with people and solving problems.
