Job Summary Mid-Level Project Manager (AMER Real Estate & Workplace Projects)
- Manage multiple concurrent commercial office and corporate interiors projects across AMER portfolio.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- Oversee day-to-day project execution under client direction.
- Coordinate end-to-end project activities including planning scheduling and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with landlords general contractors vendors and internal teams on tenant improvements and site logistics.
- Maintain and track project budgets CapEx purchase requisitions and financial summaries.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials status reports and track action items.
- Organize and update project documentation and standardize templates for project artifacts.
- Support workplace readiness project handover and completion of close-out requirements.
- Communicate project status risks and updates effectively to cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced dynamic and ambiguous environment.
