Nice-to-Have Skills:

Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and CFD

Exposure to electrical systems and controls
Microcontrollers and basic programming (Python C)

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Design and develop mechanical systems components and equipment ensuring performance durability and cost-effectiveness
Create 3D models assemblies and detailed drawings using SolidWorks for manufacturing and prototyping
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design test and refine products from concept through production
Perform engineering calculations simulations and failure analysis to meet safety and reliability standards
Prepare and maintain technical documentation including design specs BOMs and assembly instructions
Support manufacturing by optimizing designs for production efficiency cost and quality

Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in mechanical and machine design
Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and manufacturing processes
Proven problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
