Facilitates development and rehabilitation of patients with mental emotional and physical disabilities by planning and administering medically prescribed occupational therapy.

Requirement description :

3 years of OT experience behavioral health preferred (experience must be within the last 3 months) - REQUIRED
Licensed by the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) - REQUIRED
Behavioral Health experience and age groups must be listed on the resume - REQUIRED
Must be willing to float to other units and take charge shifts - REQUIRED
Will consider first time travelers

OT skills checklist from within the last year - REQUIRED DOCUMENT
2 supervisory references from last 2 years of employment - REQUIRED DOCUMENT
Active Vermont or Compact license - REQUIRED DOCUMENT
Active American Health Association BLS - REQUIRED DOCUMENT
Drivers license or candidates address must be included in the submission packet (35 miles or less will result in rate decrease) - REQUIRED
