Job Title: Rental Administrator

Location: Belfast

Hours: 37.5 per week

Job Type: Permanent

We are looking for a Rental Administrator to join our Business Support Department in Belfast. This is an interesting and varied role which will provide administration support for Arjo Rental and Service teams.

Responsibilities:

  • To handle inbound telephone calls and any customer correspondence and deal with accordingly to ensure a swift and effective service is provided to our customers
  • To allocate deliveries/collections/swop outs/breakdowns appropriately to ensure the most cost effective use of resource
  • To process missing data and produce corresponding invoices to ensure the prompt payment for work done. Scanning of all invoices and emailing out to the customer.
  • To maintain regular contact with field teams regarding daily work activity location and job status.
  • To review incomplete work daily to ensure that work is rescheduled to hit department SLAs
  • To provide administration assistance and cover where required within the department and to field staff and to maintain relevant support documentation.
  • To liaise with customers engineers and other relevant parties over delays problems or queries to ensure that communication regarding the status of service work is maintained.
  • To produce adhoc reports from legacy systems for both internal and external use.
  • To update and maintain spreadsheets for customer data.
  • To take full ownership of customer complaints.
  • To take full ownership for credits.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Qualifications: Good standard of education including GCSE Maths and English
  • Work experience: Preferable to have worked within a similar Customer Service environment
  • Previous SAP experience
  • The ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organisation
  • Be able to work accurately to meet deadlines follow company standards and procedures
  • Be able to relay information clearly and accurately ask questions to understand information and have strong listening skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft packages especially Excel
