Job Summary

This role is responsible for driving end-to-end problem discovery solution scoping program management and delivery for data and analytics initiatives. The individual will lead requirements elicitation by combining strong business acumen with a solid understanding of technology and translate solution requirements into clear inputs for technical architects and engineering teams. The role involves reviewing solution designs and estimations to ensure alignment with client expectations while coordinating program delivery through regular communication of progress risks bottlenecks and dependencies. A key aspect of the role is measuring and articulating the business value of delivered solutions to drive adoption and sustained usage by business teams. This position requires a balance of hands-on contribution customer engagement and team ideal candidate will have experience delivering programs across multiple data systems including cloud and on-premise environments traditional RDBMS big data platforms NoSQL databases and MLE/MLOps ecosystems. They should be well-versed in project planning and tracking using both agile and waterfall methodologies with exposure to MLOps and DevOps practices for deploying cloud-based predictive analytics solutions. Strong team management capabilities and proven experience in managing client stakeholders are essential for success in this role.
