Job Summary:

LPN Long-Term Care (LPN LTC)
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility provides compassionate nursing care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician. The LPN is responsible for monitoring residents health administering medications documenting care and supporting overall comfort and well-being in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of LPN/LVN experience - Required
1 year of recent LTC experience - Required
Travel experience - Required
NY state license - Required
AHA BLS certification - Required
No locals/50 miles radius rule
