Business Development Manager (Commercial Staffing)
Location: Cincinnati Ohio
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue prospective clients who can benefit from staffing solutions
- Drive the full sales cycle: initial outreach client meetings closing
- Conduct regular in-person client visits and field activities
- Build and maintain strong ties with community organizations and local networks
- Expand business with existing clients through relationship growth and upselling
- Monitor contract compliance and conduct quality reviews
- Maintain accurate documentation and CRM updates
- Stay informed on market trends competitors and client needs
- Promote a culture of accountability resilience and tenacity
KPIs & Activity Expectations
- 75 outbound calls per week
- 50 field activities per week (drops in-person visits)
- Prospect meetings
- 0 6 months tenure: 3 per week
- 6 months tenure: 5 per week (minimum 2 pre-scheduled)
- Current client visits: Minimum once per month
- New accounts closed: 2 per month
Commission Plan (Uncapped)
- Paid on new and existing temporary GP plus direct hire and conversions
- 10% GP on self-generated business
- 4% GP on assigned house accounts
- Target: $3000/week GP by end of Year 1
