About

The ERP Data & Analytics Project Manager will lead delivery management data integration and UAT coordination for a large ERP transformation program. This role partners closely with the PMO data engineering and business stakeholders to ensure the successful migration of ERP data into a modern Lakehouse platform while maintaining governance quality and delivery cadence. The candidate will represent D&A in enterprise ERP program forums and drive execution from planning through go-live.

Required

7 years of project management experience delivering complex enterprise programs preferably ERP implementations or integrations.
Strong experience with Oracle Fusion ERP (or SAP / Microsoft Dynamics with strong data/process fluency).
Proven experience coordinating UAT managing cross-team dependencies and driving delivery.
Hands-on experience with source-to-target data mapping and integration workflows.
Familiarity with Lakehouse concepts and data platforms.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience using tools such as MS Project / Smartsheet Jira / Azure DevOps Confluence PowerPoint.
Ability to translate ERP process and data knowledge into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for data engineers.
