Position Summary
The Transformation Leader for the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division (CMD) will drive systemic transformation continuous improvement and productivity across the global business. This highly visible role is responsible for leading division-wide initiatives to enhance operational performance strengthen business processes and accelerate strategic execution.
Reporting directly to the CMD Division President the Transformation Leader partners with functional and business leaders to identify and execute high-impact initiatives aligned with Thermo Fisher Scientifics Practical Process Improvement (PPI) Business System enabling CMD to deliver sustained growth margin expansion and customer excellence.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $192700.00$256900.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
