Job Summary

Job Title : QA Test Lead Automation Performance & Enterprise Systems

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Qualifications:

Proven ability to analyze and interpret Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and use cases actively participate in Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions and collaborate with business analysts to clarify requirements.
Experienced in creating and implementing test plans identifying test cases developing and executing test scripts and diagnosing application issues while effectively communicating findings to development teams.
Hands-on experience with HP Quality Center / Micro Focus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for test management.
Proficient in using HP Quick Test Professional (QTP) and Micro Focus Unified Functional Testing (UFT) to develop and maintain automated regression test scripts.
Strong experience in planning designing and executing test strategies for large-scale web-based applications within complex Human Services systems (Federal State or local) involving extensive user interfaces and cross-functional validations.
Demonstrated leadership experience as a Test Lead providing guidance mentoring and training to project team members.
Skilled in using industry-standard tools such as SQL Navigator SOAP UI Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) and HP Quality Center to identify document track and communicate defects to technical teams.
Experience with HP LoadRunner (or Performance Center) for conducting load and performance testing.
Bachelors Degree.
