Finance Associate

About the Role:

A leading global law firms Financial Industry Group is seeking an Associate to join its rapidly expanding Structured Finance practice in New York. This role is ideal for a lawyer with strong experience advising investment banks and/or asset managers on the structuring and documentation of collateralized loan obligation (CLO) transactions.

You will work on complex high-value transactions alongside experienced partners and a collaborative team gaining exposure to sophisticated financial products and market-leading clients. This position offers meaningful responsibility client interaction and the opportunity to deepen your expertise in a growing and highly regarded practice area.

Key Responsibilities:

Structure and document collateralized loan obligation (CLO) transactions
Represent investment banks and asset managers in complex structured finance matters
Collaborate closely with partners senior associates and clients throughout the transaction lifecycle
Manage multiple transactions efficiently while maintaining a high standard of legal and commercial accuracy

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay Range: $235000 $365000
This range represents the anticipated low and high end for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including location experience and qualifications.
