Finance Associate
About the Role:
A leading global law firms Financial Industry Group is seeking an Associate to join its rapidly expanding Structured Finance practice in New York. This role is ideal for a lawyer with strong experience advising investment banks and/or asset managers on the structuring and documentation of collateralized loan obligation (CLO) transactions.
You will work on complex high-value transactions alongside experienced partners and a collaborative team gaining exposure to sophisticated financial products and market-leading clients. This position offers meaningful responsibility client interaction and the opportunity to deepen your expertise in a growing and highly regarded practice area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Structure and document collateralized loan obligation (CLO) transactions
- Represent investment banks and asset managers in complex structured finance matters
- Collaborate closely with partners senior associates and clients throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Manage multiple transactions efficiently while maintaining a high standard of legal and commercial accuracy
