Workers Compensation Associate Attorney

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Workers Compensation Associate Attorney to join our Orlando office. This role is ideal for an attorney who wants meaningful hands-on experience exposure to complex and high-value matters and the opportunity to take ownership of cases from start to finish.

You will manage an active workers compensation caseload participate directly in litigation strategy and gain substantial courtroom experience. The position offers a fast-track path for attorneys who are driven capable and eager to build long-term success in a dynamic litigation practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full workers compensation caseload
  • Draft high-quality pleadings motions and legal correspondence
  • Prepare for and appear at hearings mediations and trials
  • Communicate effectively with clients opposing counsel judges and internal staff
  • Develop case strategies and manage deadlines independently
  • Deliver consistent high-level client service

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Minimum 1 2 years of workers compensation experience
  • Active Florida Bar license (required)
