JOB DESCRIPTION:
Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall channel strategy formulation and execution of Abbott Medical Nutrition products on the Douyin platform including but not limited to Douyin stores brand account matrix live streaming sales short video content seeding and influencer collaborations.
- Deeply operate the Douyin e-commerce ecosystem coordinating store operations content marketing traffic acquisition and conversion optimization to achieve new customer acquisition goals and ROI targets.
- Skilled in integrating brand and sales resources collaborating with the marketing department to advance integrated brand-performance projects enhancing the brands professional image and user trust.
- Analyze user profiles and consumer behavior and based on professional scenarios such as maternal & infant medical and nutritional categories develop high-conversion content strategies and copywriting systems.
- Manage and expand the influencer cooperation network screening KOLs/KOCs that match the brand tone to establish long-term stable cooperative mechanisms.
- Monitor competitor dynamics and industry trends regularly output post-event reviews and optimization suggestions to continuously improve operational efficiency and market competitiveness.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree or above majoring in Marketing Nutrition Food Science Medicine or related fields is preferred.
- 5 years of work experience with at least 3 years focused on Douyin e-commerce platform operations or account management.
- Experience in operating nutritional supplements maternal & infant products or medical health products is preferred with familiarity with relevant compliance requirements and user communication contexts.
- Familiar with the underlying logic of Douyin e-commerce; proficient in store operations live streaming strategies short video content planning and Qianchuan advertising.
- Possess excellent data analysis capabilities able to drive decisions through data and proficient in using Douyin backend Chanmama Dadaduo and other tools.
- Possess outstanding cross-departmental collaboration and project management skills capable of driving multi-party coordination under a fast-paced environment.
