We are looking for an LCL Customer Experience Agent to join our Customer Experience team in Italy. She/He will manage the LCL import and export operations from booking to the delivery in compliance with all company procedures.

Main tasks

  • Supervises booking gives quotations on LCL import and export handles entries completes BoL and seafreight documents;
  • Supervise the carrier booking transactions and follows the billing;
  • Maintains relationships with Maersk offices at destination/origin customers and vendors;
  • Offers assistance in the resolution of customers queries and issues both in Italian and English;
  • Data processing and reports.

We are looking for:

  • Experience in managing import /export operations is a plus;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office;
  • Good English and Italian command both written and spoken;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Detail orientation and hands-on approach;
  • Problem solving skills willing to learn and highly responsible.

Location: The position is placed in Genoa or Milan (Italy).Nor Visa nor relocation support provided.
