Are you passionate about sustainability data integrity and highquality reporting Do you thrive in complex fastmoving environments where your expertise directly shapes how a global business measures and communicates its environmental impact

This is a newly created senior role within Brambles ESG Global Finance team responsible for the integrity accuracy and timely delivery of the Groups emissions and ESG reporting. With an initial focus on carbon emissions the role plays a critical part in ensuring Brambles continues to meet current and emerging ESG regulatory and assurance requirements globally while maintaining its position as a sustainability leader.

Reporting to the ESG Global Finance Lead you will take a handson leadership approach to emissions reporting data quality and process improvement. You will work closely with stakeholders across Finance Sustainability Supply Chain Technology Services HR and regional teams to source analyse challenge and explain data and to embed financialgrade rigour into ESG reporting processes.

You will lead the preparation of key external disclosures including emissions reporting within the Annual Report the AASBcompliant Climate Report and European CSRD deliverables and support assurance activities and Boardlevel reporting. This role is based in Sydney with flexible hybrid work arrangements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the preparation and review of global emissions reporting for internal statutory and external disclosures
  • Coordinate quarterly emissions data collection review and consolidation across regions
  • Own data quality controls documentation and continuous improvement for emissions metrics
  • Manage and support the emissions assurance process liaising with external assurance providers
  • Partner with crossfunctional teams (Supply Chain Sustainability TS Finance) to ensure robust timely and accurate data
  • Analyse emissions performance and translate outcomes into clear insights for senior leaders
  • Support broader ESG and sustainability reporting surveys and indices (e.g. CDP DJSI)
  • Stay across evolving standards and methodologies (e.g. GHG Protocol GLEC AASB S1/S2 CSRD) and ensure ongoing compliance
  • Lead and develop team members while acting as a trusted subjectmatter expert across the business

What will ensure your success:

  • Deep expertise in carbon accounting and emissions reporting ideally within a global or ASXlisted organisation
  • Strong experience applying recognised frameworks such as the GHG Protocol ISO standards or GLEC
  • Proven ability to work handson with complex datasets systems and detailed calculations
  • Experience delivering assured externally reported metrics under tight regulatory timeframes
  • Highly developed stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage senior leaders
  • Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills with a keen eye for detail
  • A collaborative practical and resilient approach in a fastevolving regulatory environment
