What this job involves
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Work Dynamics Consulting Intern to join our team for a 12-week summer internship program. This role will work with the JLL/Consulting team on Business Process and Target Operating Models Workplace Strategy Change Management and Workplace Experience assignments.
Support the team in gathering and analyzing data related to workplace trends employee engagement and organizational effectiveness
Support the development of client presentations and reports
Participate in client meetings and workshops
Help create and maintain project management tools and documentation (programme charts take minutes use AI tools)
Contribute to internal team initiatives such as knowledge-sharing
Skills and Experience:
Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Real Estate Project and Facilities Management Architecture Interior Design or related
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Interest in the work environment workplace strategy organizational culture and employee experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Hobby-level videography skills (filming editing) are a nice-to-have but not essential
